The Villa Frontera clubhouse is divided in two sections. The larger main section is for use by residents and requires a reservation. There is a small fee for use of this facility, but a significant cleaning deposit is mandatory (make the place look better than when you arrived to guarantee a deposit refund).
The other section of the clubhouse is used for association business and is where the board of directors meeting is held. Homeowners are encouraged to participate by attending the meetings, and volunteering to assist board members. If you have a problem or concern with the community this is where to go. Prior to voicing a concern it is considered proper etiquette to begin by thanking the board of directors for donating their time (board members are also not exempt from the rules, in fact board members are usually held to a higher standard!)
